Shri H. R. Suthar is the Registrar of KSU. He is having vast experience of policy formulation process in the Administration. He was selected in IAS cadre in the year 2007 and he retired as the Managing Director, Paschim Gujarat Vij Company, Rajkot in January, 2018 to March,2021.

He has served the Government as a District Development Officer, Bhavnagar and Collector, Amreli. He was appointed as member in the Civil Services Tribunal in February, 2018.

Some of his major achievements have been playing instrumental role by assisting Hon'ble MOS (Home) in formulation, implementation, review and feedback various Action Plans of Home Department such as Police Action Plan of Gujarat, Anti-Corruption Action Plan, etc. ll. As an Under Secretary-Home Dept., cleared backlog of approvals and unutilized funds under MPF Scheme by fulfilling the required procedure including Finance and Budget.

His Remarkable Achievements have been: playing an instrumental role in revamping of the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) Scheme and bringing innovations in its implementation. He had been effective in planning and implementation of newly introduced Renewable Energy Schemes and also clearing the huge backlog of Agricultural electrification during his tenure in PGVCL.
