Over her extensive career, Rekha has served in key roles such as Registrar at the National Institute of Design and Deputy Registrar at Swarnim Gujarat Sports University, where she played an instrumental part in shaping academic policies and enhancing institutional operations. Her academic journey also includes positions as Associate Professor & Dean at the National Institute of Cooperative Management and Lecturer & Co-ordinator at S K Patel Institute of Business Management & Computer Studies.
